Where it all started
What I noticed
After years working with agencies and global brands, I noticed businesses were creating more content than ever before, but many were losing sight of why they were creating it in the first place.
What changed
Social media had become about keeping up, posting consistently, following trends and staying visible. But the brands people genuinely remembered were doing something different. They understood their audience, communicated with intention and created content that reflected who they were.
Why Social Symptoms
Social Symptoms was created to bring a more thoughtful approach to social media. I wanted to help brands move beyond simply showing up online, and start creating social media that's intentional, memorable and built to connect.
What working together looks like
Every project starts with a conversation.
I take the time to understand your brand, your goals and your audience before creating anything.
From there, we collaborate, refine and build something that's thoughtful, strategic and true to your brand.
Because great ideas rarely happen in isolation.
They happen when we build them together.
Outside of Social Symptoms
Melbourne born and raised. From the café culture to the creative community, this city has shaped so much of who I am and continues to inspire the way I work.
Fun fact: I actually wanted to be an accountant. Safe to say that plan changed. Business and creativity were never separate for me. I studied both, gained experience across agencies, and somehow always found myself coming back to social media. I've had the privilege of watching the industry evolve in real time, and I still find it just as exciting today.
My mornings start with coffee. It's less about the caffeine and more about the ritual. Give me a quiet café, my laptop and a good playlist, and I'm pretty happy.
I rarely work in silence. There's almost always music playing in the background or I have my headphones on. Somehow, it helps the ideas flow.
I love good systems. Creativity is the exciting part, but thoughtful systems are what keep everything running smoothly. They make room for better ideas, better collaboration, and a much better client experience.
That's a little about me. Now I'd love to learn about you.
